Rebuilding 40ft of a collapsing foundation wall using new and reclaimed stone in a hydraulic lime mortar. The new design incorporated a buttress to provide lateral strength and to support the carrying beam. The grading around the house was also improved to prevent frost heave and hydrostatic pressure from damaging the new wall.
